Waited for 30 minutes in the store just for the stylists to wait for people who “checked in online” to show up and push my wait out another hour. Save yourself some time and go to Ideal Style. They have 10 people working and take appointments in the order they show up.

Salon hours are posted as 10-6, I walk in at 5:30, nobody waiting, 2 stylists, each with a client in their chair and I was told they weren’t taking anymore clients. WHY? WHY? WHY? Already operating on early hours and people that work until 5:00 struggle to make it in any earlier than 530. When are you going to go back to normal hours?? And, don’t leave the OPEN sign in in window if you aren’t taking walk-ins!
