Love this place! I even had a bad experience with the Schertz location. Which in turn prompted the owner of both locations. To call me outta the blue. And him and I had a good hour conversation over business ethics and manners. So now I’m a lifer thanks to his resilience and gratitude for my business. I’ve never had a business owner care that much about my business to put his best foot forward in my direction. The staff is phenomenal even though they’re always busy they always try to make room for any last minute haircut I may need .

I was looking for a place to get my haircut after having a terrible experience at Supercuts next door. This place had some bad reviews, but I felt that it couldn’t be worse than the other place. I made a reservation online, showed up on time, and they were extremely nice and ready to go. I got the triple play and got a discount for being a new customer. Hair came out great, got a hot towel, massage chair, and shampoo. Then on my way out they thanked me for coming in and told me that in between cuts they will touch up my neck and ear line for free. I got a low fade and she did great. Exactly what I asked for… 5 stars, definitely will be back. Not sure why so many people were hating on this place

Not good. Terrible service. The wait is ridiculous and they do let others go ahead of you even if you’ve checked in online. Zero management skills. No wonder half the staff walked out. They also clearly ignore the bad reviews and only reply to the good. Can’t get ahead in life with your head buried in the sand. Do yourself a huge favor and find another establishment to get your haircut.

Regardless of where you choose to drive to there will always be that one stylist you want to avoid when you check in. I have mine here and have never had a bad experience with anyone else here but I see people request the stylist I prefer to not use. If you want to complain about something you could always find something. This staff is friendly and works hard. I have gone to this location since it opened and will continue to out of convenience and because I truly do like the staff.

Still waited 30 minutes in packed lobby. Stylists were standing around, leaning on the front desk and not doing anything, despite the long wait times and filled wait room.

Great service and attention to detail! Abigail took her time, and gave me exactly what I asked for, a cut that was not drastic. I did not want to look as if I had gone from full set of hair to military cut. If you value your haircut time, which I do, it’s worth the VIP package also.
