My husband had got a haircut from this place and he wanted a high and tight faded cut and after 2 days of growth it got really sick in one spot on one side and not faded and they would not fix it. They guarantee if you’re not happy with your haircut after a week they’ll fix it so he was on his 7th Day and they declined to fix his haircut never had a problem with sports clips until now and will probably never go back to sports clips at Chillicothe Ohio ever again and he had a coupon for $9.99 for the MVP and they wouldn’t value it they wouldn’t take it off they took $8 off instead of the 9.99, very unhappy coustomer’s at this time . It was first my time in a Sports Clips so I was a little skeptical. Mostly, I prefer to keep my haircuts at places I am familiar with. I met with an amazing young cosmetologist ( Taylor W.) who had no idea what she was in for lol. I wasn’t sure what the particular cut was called, but I had an idea of something I wanted to try. After about 5 minutes of talking and several blank stares she realized what it was I wanted. She was very helpful going over different ideas and the right approach to what I visioned. After some pleasant chat, a skilful cut, wash, and an amazing massage . She gave life to the start of what will be a bad @$s fade hawk. I heard all the discouraging words about this establishment before my first visit yesterday, but I believe I have found my new place and stylist. Every head I saw come out of a chair COULD NOT have looked any CLEANER! You love that confidence that comes from knowing your doo is as crispy fresh as it gets?? Don’t believe the trash talk going around town! Get in to see these ladies and let them do their thing! ✌
