My girlfriend got a haircut the other day which turned out to take a couple hours long for a standard high fade and trim, and walked out a bit unhappy to say the least. I picked her up to run to the store with me afterwards and when I brought her back to her car, the manager and a couple other ladies were outside after closing up the salon and the manager offered to fix her haircut. They closed at 6pm yesterday but her haircut ran until 8pm, so when we pulled back up a bit after 9, the manager, Kyla, took her time fixing it and didn’t get off until almost 10pm. She made sure my girlfriend was happy and did everything she could to make sure she feels comfortable coming back to them. If it wasn’t for Kyla, yesterday would’ve been a bad experience. Kyla did an excellent job and will have a forever customer 🙂

Checked in online as soon as the store opened and was first in line. By the time I got to the store 20 minutes later my check-in was cancelled and I was pushed to a 3 hr wait. When I asked why they just said it does that and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say I left. Haircut

I watched as FIVE employees did everything they could to NOT provide haircuts to the 18 people on the list to get haircuts. The new ownership has significantly raised the price of a haircut to $27, eliminated the card to get your sixth haircut at a discount and took out the softdrink/beer coolers. I have no incentive to return. Inflation has hit Sports Clips customers hard and all benefits are GONE!

I’ve been a long time customer of this store in Cheyenne. Today I attempted to check in on the app. as I’ve done many times in the past. For some unknown reason I wasn’t able to use the app. I wasn’t because the store was booked up as the site said it was about an hour wait. I called the store explained the app wasn’t working and asked the Cosmetologist to place me on the list. She explained I would have to come to the store in person in order for her to put me on the waiting list, I could then leave and come back approximately an hour later if I chose. She said this is the policy.
