Visited store on August 5, 2022 saw my usual stylist Leticia excellent service as usual. I was accosted by Kelsey who works at the barbershop in the parking lot telling me that I need to be quiet. Not only was her behavior very unprofessional but very demeaning I believe it was racially motivated. If anyone wishes to frequent this location KELSEY needs to be removed. First time there and I was amazed. I’m not a sports guy but needed a quick cut in a pinch. It’s really cool if you love sports, with all these TVs. My cut was good and then I was asked if I wanted to be washed out. The lady also asked if I had ever been there before. Once I replied no she was like oh ok this is complimentary. So while I’m thinking it’s a hair wash, I get my feet put up while laying in a massaging chair, have a hot towel on my face all while getting my head massages with some tea tree oil stuff. Then I head back to my chair and the lady puts this deep tissue back massager on me. Now I know why I paid $30 for my hair cut
