Got in during an off peak time and had a good cut with MVP service that is consistent with the brand. The stylist was friendly and professional. They have started using scent on the hot towels which added to the relaxation.

I came from great clips on rea road. I should have listened to the reviews of that great clips, better yet a few great clips. Great clips is where barbers go before they want to quit being a barber so you get the negative and miserable ones. Kind of like Walmart. Ever try talking to a Walmart employee lol, yea kinda like that. Great clips and great value, both are terrible and low quality. Sports clips is like 5 bucks more for a professional high grade haircut. Reviews matter and my god this location is 5 starts. This is what a haircut should look like. Great staff as well. Go here or to any sports clips and you’ll be satisfied. Very similar to Harris teeter , high quality and professional and the best.

I have an undercut that goes all the way around. Super thick hair, and it grows like a weed. One minute the undercut is nice and clean and the next I start to look like a chia pet. Today I was so done dealing with the fuzzy creature beginning to grow and I was desperate for a shave. Everywhere around me had almost an hour wait. Until I called here. I was so thankful they didn’t have a wait yet. Trying to check in online was a pain at first but I think that was because I had never done it and didn’t have an account. I walked in and it took my number so I think I’m in their system now. Should be easier next time. I saw Cassy. She consulted on what guard I usually use and showed me the half guard. I didn’t even know it existed. I asked her to help me better define the line separating my cut from my hair. She took her time finding it and making it more defined. Several girls have undercuts there which made me feel much more comfortable. My service was perfect. This will be where I go between my regular services with my hairdresser a million miles away. Well, not a million. But she is far for a quick service like this. I will be going back for undercut maintenance. Thanks Cassy!!

This was my first time ever visiting a Sports Clips. Very clean place. I was warmly greeted and asked to check in. I had an online appointment and waited about 5 minutes for Larah. She was very professional (she explained that all the instruments were sanitized and cleaned, recommended products for my hair type) and did a excellent job cutting my hair. The whole experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend, and I will be going back again!

Service was great. The 2 ladies did an amazing job cutting my nephew. They both looked at his hair together and made the finals edits. He was happy. The male who was in the shop didn’t fit the mold of a customer service friendly facility. The phone range 15 min to close and he asked the staff if anyone known who it was …. the one female said “prob someone who wants a haircut” …. he then did NOT answer the phone. Then later he told my niece to stop walking in and out the door because the buzzer was bothering Him while he was in the back. Also his customer he finished cutting was looking for hair product but him the stylist was no where to be found….. great experience and my sister was happy with the cut from the ladies. Their service was also A+….. as for the man (nose pierced guy) …. he was acting like he was to good to work there …. I own multiple businesses and yes we have people like that also ….. but once we identify “who is sinking out ship” it’s time to be replaced. Feel free to reach to me for my personal opinion. The score should hace been a 5…. but when told to stop opening the door I had to then ask my niece and father to stay out side in the heat …. the score should be less however the haircut was great and I tipped the young lady very well.

We were traveling and stopped in Sports Clip to get my son’s haircut. Natalie was absolutely amazing! Not only did she do a great job cutting hair but she had such a friendly personality and so helpful. She even offered and took the time to write up notes so we could replicate the haircut at home. Highly recommend Natalie and this location! Great team.
