Woman who cut my hair was rude. Asked me how it looked while my hair was matted down and wet. I replied it’s kind of hard to tell and she asked if I needed glasses. Spent less than 6 minutes cutting my hair and it ended up uneven and patchy. I don’t usually write reviews but this was absolutely terrible. Don’t go here.

My son (27 years old w/Down Syndrome) has been coming here for 10 years and he have always had the best experience. The manager and stylists know him and have always been very kind, considerate and patient with his disability. He is high functioning and can carry on conversation perfectly. The stylist today was neither kind nor considerate and quite honestly I’m baffled. She was speaking to him rather harshly and rude. We will be back, but will never have her as a stylist.

This is without a doubt the best location out of all the Sports Clips I have been to. Reading through the negative comments is nearly comical to me, because they’re undoubtedly false, however to each their own. I have been coming to this location for around 2 years now and have never once been disappointed. For anyone commenting on “too long of a wait”, they invented an app to reserve a stylist online… technology never disappoints, give it a try! I continue to come to this location while living nearly 20-30 minutes away because of the excellent customer service, product selection, and to ensure my hair looks fantastic every time. I can thank the manager Shelby for being the most reliable hair stylist I have come across in my day. As well as her ability to run such a smooth operation at this location. If you haven’t been here before, I highly recommend it, and if you want the best haircut, reserve a seat with Shelby and I can promise you won’t be disappointed!
