Took my son for a haircut. Explained to the “stylist” exactly what to cut and what to leave long. She brought up the notes from the last haircut and I specifically told her to NOT go with the old notes. I went to sit down out of view of my son. When they were done, she said she cut his hair just LIKE THE LAST TIME! She said to “try it out”. There is no turning back once it’s cut so i don’t know how you try out a haircut. His hair was way shorter than i had told her. She did not listen to her customer, didn’t care one bit, and just did whatever she wanted. I’ve been coming here for years with mixed results but at least they try and listen to me before. This might just be the last time we use their services tbh.

Took our son for a haircut and my husband told the stylist EXACTLY what we wanted done. It was different from the last cut, which we didn’t like. He even told her not to go by the last notes. I like coming here even though it’s a little out of my way. Alisha has been my stylist for about a year and she is great to work with when I come in. She is very personable and has attention to detail. I would also recommend the Paul Mitchell leave in conditioner they sell if you’re as lazy with your hair as I am it’s worth the extra few bucks.
