Just stopped by to get a quick trim for my son, and he unfortunately got one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever seen by Ruth Rivas. She took huge uneven chunks out of his hair (first two pictures). I literally took him back into this Sports Clip location in Centreville to fix it because that is how she thought was a finished haircut. I’m truly amazed that this was a trained professional cutting hair.

Had Ruth as my stylist. I wish I had read the reviews of the poor father who had his kids hair butchered. I had a similar experience. No one else there and she was rushing. 25$ for the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Asked for #2 on the sides and scissors on the top. She never used scissors. She went way to wide around my ears and left tons of stragler hair all over the place. She trimmed my beard when I didnt ask her to and it was uneven and awful. She just flopped the trimmer against my beard line super fast and without intent. Now I cant fix it and have to shave completely before an important and suit and tie dinner. Just wanted a quick clean up and got a hack job. Had to straighten the back of my hair by myself at home with two mirrors because on side was rounded and one was 90 degrees. Had to fix my bangs because i have no idea what she was thinking when she cut them. Went against the wait I told her I wear my hair. It was like it was a game where she does the opposite and tries to make you look bad. I dont think this person ever went to school or is close to legally blind and doesnt wear glasses. I was pretty sure the guy before me had the back hairline in the shape of a lego. Short in the middle and longer boxes on the edge on either side. I mean what the heck is she thinking? Or maybe she isnt. Stay far far away for price and awful haircuts. Could have done a way better job myself. Not even going to embarrass her any further with photos.

Staff are very nice, waiting area is small and comfortable with electronic sign in and they have a punch card which allows you a free haircut after 10 uses. If you lose the card you have to start from scratch (this should be changed); The shampoo area has a vibrational massage device.

Don’t believe the “No Wait” sign. I waited over an hour. Only 1 young lady cutting hair – she’s good and has done my hair several times. Just be prepared, they’re having staffing challenges.

While I used to be a loyal customer for years, I haven’t been back here in many months. The service has been steadily going downhill, and the quality of my hair cuts have drastically worsened. This location seems to have problems attracting and retaining skilled stylists. I’ve since moved on to a professional stylist that a pay only a few dollars more to get a truly outstanding haircut. While you’ll still get a decent haircut, it’s just way too over priced for the quality you get. You can get a comparable experience at Hair Cuttery or Super Cuts.

This place was awesome! From the theming to the TVs playing sports. The MVP service was exceptional at $23 (18 for new customers) you get a haircut, shampoo and condition with a head massage while the chair gives you a massage, a steam towel to the face and face massage, and finally a shoulder massage with the machine. Over all great experience! But To be cut throat honest, although the service was great, the haircut was less then perfect, i think if they focused more on cutting the hair instead of focusing on all the services they would’ve earned 5 stars from me. I’ll definitely be back and try a new barber.
