Only one customer in store and 3 not in the store and I was told they couldn’t fit me in. Even though I was in the store ready to pay for a haircut. I’m writing this review @ 5:08pm. Also the store hours have been reduced by a couple of hours at this location as well. I think Sport Clips has lost my business for good. I feel like customers in store with money in have priority over people who might not show up on time.

The people at your Cedar Park TX on Walton Way were terrible. We drive over an hour to try and get haircuts. We were given an arrival time of 1:18pm. We arrived at the exact time. We were told we would be at least another hour. So to confirm, this was another HOUR on top of the 2.5 hours wait we already had waited and an hour plus drive. When attempting to speak to then about this and it’s impact to our day, we were basically told they are busy enough and if we wanted to cancel they would easily fill the spot since they were taking their time today anyway. I asked the manager and she said if we would wait it wouldn’t be more than 15min. That was 45min ago and still waiting. Your people skills suck. I always do MVP for my son and tip 30% at SportClips…lucky if I even pay the bill for a haircut this time.

I checkin online at around 9:50AM in the morning and came into the store at about 11:00AM. My appointment was 34 min away when I arrived. 10 minutes after me going in a lady came in with her two teen kids and said she registered at around 10:00AM, but does not appear in the wait list. The person in the shop said she will try to squeeze her in after the people already in the shop, and asked her to stay.

It’s the third time I’d been to this specific store, and only the first time ended up with me getting the haircut I wanted. The most recent cut was the worst I’ve gotten. I’ve been to another one the a bit farther away a few times and they get it right every time. I don’t know much about the names of styles or anything for hair cuts, so I usually have to just explain it best I can. I got to explaining, and the stylist just seemed so confused with my words. She asked for a picture, and so I showed her one of me and said, just a slight bit shorter.
