Critical: Professionalism, QualityWe heard good things about a particular hair stylist, so we made appointments for my son and daughter. She did a great job on my son’s hair, but cut my daughter’s hair about 5 inches shorter than we asked for. It was just a straight across trim. My daughter was upset, but we gave the stylist the benefit of the doubt because they specialize in boy’s haircuts. We just wouldn’t bring our daughter here again. When it came time for my son’s next cut, my husband brought him in. The first lady wasn’t there and someone else had to cut my son’s hair. He showed the stylist pictures of my son’s hair (front, both sides, and back) of his first cut at Sports Clips. Apparently, she still wasn’t able to make the connection of what we wanted and started bombarding him with questions, too. He didn’t think anything about it and stepped outside to make a phone call. The hairstylist (along with another hairstylist) proceeded to bad mouth my husband in front of my son saying, “I hate customers like that.” Then, she looks at my son and says, “don’t tell you dad.” With detailed pictures and many questions she still managed to hack his hair. We can overlook a bad haircut and never write a review, but not an out and out hateful stylist. There’s just no need to be so hateful.
