Got one of my best recent haircuts (Male) from Lizzie. Lizzie had many years of experience cutting hair (5 years), and her haircut definitely reflected that. As She gave a very-good quality fade on the sides, and a concise but effective trim on the top. What I loved is that while she gave an accurate cut of the initial measurements I gave, she gave very professional advice when I was dissatisfied with the initial result. After some tweaks and changes, I ended up with a clean haircut. Lizzie even gave me the final measurements of my hair, and I’m super happy with the cut I got.

Called to confirm they would be able to cut/trim females hair- Suzanna answered and confirmed they are able to do so. After reserving my spot online for an hour and 20 minutes. I get there and was greeted by possibly the manager or a stylist that was off. Before even asking my name she asked “So are you the one getting your haircut, because we don’t do styles let that” – before even letting me get my name or a word out. Then I explained that I talked to a representative an hour plus before I got there and she confirmed that they could. then proceeded to be very passive aggressive and rude, I don’t know if it was because I was a female but I know from the start it was a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming feeling I got walking through the door.

Rough experience. Checked in with 24 minutes expected. Went to the store, waited 20 minutes and it never moved. Wouldn’t have been terrible except the ladies working slowly cleaned up, walked around, chatted, and then walked to the back of the store while I was the only one sitting in the waiting room. I checked in an hour in advance online. An hour later I arrive at the store and I’m nowhere in the system and i have to wait another 35 minutes. I’m not sure how my appointment was lost, but this has been a major inconvenience.
