I’m a female that has short hair and the ladies at sports clips have been cutting my hair and it looks good I just tell them to keep it feminine. So the girls that I have normally cut my hair are no longer working there so I tried a new girl and I walked out looking like a military recruit. I had to go back because my hair looked so horrible she tried to blend it in and then cut a chunk out of one side of my head while she was trying to blend it. My birthday is in 10 days and I straight up look like a military recruit. There is no way Sandy got her hair license. I would let my son cut my hair before I ever go in that store again. This cut would’ve been horrible even for a man. At this point I don’t even wanna celebrate my birthday and let people see me like this.

I visited for the first time as a walk in. The website states walk ins welcome. I was most rudely received because I hadn’t registered online. I was told I would have a two hour wait. I opted not to waste two hours so I ran other errands and registered on line. I received an email stating my stylist would be ready for me in 15 minutes. When I returned I still had a 30 minute wait. Brittany cut my hair. She was extremely friendly and courteous. I am a senior with grey/white hair that has a mind of it’s own. She explained how I can better control my hair. She painted a totally different picture of the business than did the one I initially encountered. The jury is still out on my decision to use this business again.

We had an appointment at 10:30 and we arrived at 10 am as a text message said that we will be ready in 15 minutes. So went ahead and went in. As I was watching the time it is almost our turn, but our stylist changed the time to 30 more minutes I know she knows we are there as the screen says “in store” so again we waited 30 more minutes. I had my six year old with me he was already getting bored and antsy. As our turn is up I asked her if the person that she was doing has an appointment she said yes. Which I find odd and not right also the fact she changed our appointment to 30 more minutes. I thought that’s the point of having an appointment, and she didn’t even apologize all she said was “yeah we get so busy” so much have making an appointment if we sat there for two hours and all people who had an appointment was getting their haircut done even if it’s first available or someone they wanted. I gave her a nice tip and liked what she did on my son’s hair but it’s disappointing on our experience.

Horrible customer service and not very friendly. I guess they’re “short staffed” every time I try to check in online, it won’t let you. It says that they’re at full capacity (this is at 4:00) says they close at 7. I understand this may be the case sometimes but every time is a little excessive to me. I have had to go somewhere else more than once. This time I will be calling someone above them to ask what the problem is? I’m sure the people whom work there aren’t that concerned but I am almost positive the owner would be. I have never walked in this place and anyone act like they are happy that you chose to go there. Always seem to be in a rush and just ready for everyone to leave.

Brought my son in for a back to school haircut. Managed to be first in line . The store was super busy but the staff obviously are champs at handling a busy Saturday and they knocked it out of the park. Will absolutely return when he needs another.

Called ahead at 5:30 and they told them I’d be there at 5:45, and they said come anyway. Got there at 5:45 and they refused to cut my sons hair.Top that off with closing an hour early earlier this week.Customer service is not their strong point
