They push you to use their app, fine. I did it for a few years. But if you’re going to make me log in and make a reservation, you better keep your end of the bargain. What a waste of time to check in online, get there a few minutes early and still watch them take someone else back – during my reserved time. If you don’t honor the reservation, what’s the point? I recommend going to ANY other shop, as this business has wasted too much of my time. Too bad, they were very close and I did like the stylist – but the business model will keep turning away potential clients. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.

I drive across town to get my haircut here. The Manager, Dani is fantastic and so is the rest of her team. Dani took the time to understand my thoughts and concerns in regards to how I wanted my hair to look and I’m very thankful. I’m able to engage in good conversations with Dani and her team and share some laughs. I definitely look forward to getting my haircuts now.
