So, first my 8 year old son’s hair cut was great. I wish we had the same stylist for my daughter. The lady that did my daughter’s hair claimed to understand the style my daughter wanted. She wanted her bangs cut so they were slightly below her eyelid. She wound up with bangs that barely cover ½ in of her forehead. She was in tears when we got in the car and this is a child that doesn’t cry easily.

I get a haircut I’m happy with about 25% of the time. I give the same instructions every time. “I want just a trim, the hair a little over the ears. The same style, just a little shorter and thinner. (My hair gets think). The outcome varies from getting my whole head sheared, to getting my hair trimmed, but the hair on my ears is either not touched, or half cut. Just when I get a wonderful haircut that I love, that stylist seems to leave. I pay nearly $30 for something I end up saying, “this will look good again in a month”. If it’s consistency you want, don’t go to this sports clips location.

Checked in online using the app. Waited in the store almost a hour. Several walk-ins recieved their haircuts before me not to mention people that wasn’t even on the que that got called back by name. I used to like coming here but I won’t anymore. Not sure what happened to Katie but the store ran better when she was there.
