Tammy failed to complete the $24 haircut I paid for. She trimmed the sides but did nothing on the top of my head which essentially makes my hair look uneven. She spent about 10 minutes on the cut, the usual ladies that cut my hair spend at least 25 minutes to complete. I will not be returning to this location.
