Not impressed with my 2 boys’ haircuts last night. Only giving 2 stars for the check in process on the app. I asked for my younger sons hair to be short on sides and back and long on top since he likes to style it. She nodded her head in understanding and proceeded to use the length 3 on his entire head and cut it all the zame length! Same for my older son, they used a size 4 and cut it all the same length. Looks terrible and I could have done it at home myself. Spent over $60, their tip model at checkout has the minimum tip over 20% already unless you enter your own amount. Won’t be back again, we wasted out time and money.

There were inappropriate conversations that made me extremely uncomfortable. I shouldn’t have to hear about someone in recovery from drug abuse while being serviced. Very rude and condescending staff members. On top of all of this, my haircut wasn’t up to par. I’ll never return.

This was my first time at a Sports Clips location. Because it was my first time, they gave me the upgraded MVP package for free (normal price is $28). The stylist asked questions and gave me a good haircut, but the overall experience wasn’t great. I got a single hot towel on my face that was removed before it even had a chance to start cooling down (maybe 1-1.5 minutes). The massage consisted of using a device that vibrates on my shoulders for about 45-60 seconds. They did wash my hair, but there was no attempt to massage my head during the wash. Even though there weren’t many customers waiting, and it wasn’t close to closing time, it felt like the goal was to get me out as quick as possible. I observed one stylist tell a father and son that they close in 2 hours and there is a 45 minute wait so it wasn’t worth them sticking around, so they left. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I am not sure that I will return. It’s hard to see the extra value offered by Sports Clips versus a place like Great Clips when the price is so much higher and the quality of service is lacking.

I’ve always loved going to Sports Clips at other locations, but this just missed the mark. I think part of the reason is because the ticket notes don’t sync between locations. I made sure to grab some stylist notes from another Sports Clips which I thought would be fine. I showed them to my stylist Rachel, and I guess she either read them wrong or didn’t understand them. I’m really bad at telling the stylist what I like, so I like when they ask a bunch of questions to help me out. My stylist Rachel just started to buzz my hair at some length over my whole head. Not once did she touch a pair of scissors. She didn’t ask me many questions, so it was hard for me to speak up about it before it was too late. Normally I start long and work my way shorter, but the damage was done. I probably won’t return to this location and just go to Champlin instead. It really sucks, because out of 4-5 years of haircuts from Sports Clips this one really missed the mark.

The experience wasn’t so good today. Came in today and there was only 1 customer. 4 groomers were working during the time I was there. Watched other stylists talk and hangout near the chairs for 10 minutes Then they disappeared without helping. Had to wait for the other customer to finish before being helped, almost 20 minutes later. The haircut was okay, but the experience wasn’t. Haircut was lazy and done poorly. They used unclean tools and towels that left a bad smell on my face and hair. Will not return to this location.

This was my first time going to a SportsClips. I picked a good time, as there were no other customers there the entire time I was there. I liked that there wasn’t pressure to keep a non-hair-related conversation going. Only negative is the location. I circled the place twice before I figured out how to get in to where the parking lot is.

I will say this was the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had in my life…the stylist instead of being honest with me letting me know she couldn’t fade hair proceeded in leaving my hair patchy and uneven. She couldn’t even trim my hair straight I know the unemployment rate is low but you should atleast ensure they are qualified for the job…she had to have the other stylist come over several times in an attempt to fix her mistakes and still left me messed up…side note shout out to T-Cuttz on Noble for fixing my hair after they messed me up!
