I had Erin. Simply put she was awful. I showed her pictures of what I would like it to be. I even had to tell her multiple times during the haircut. After all of it, she cut it way too short and it looks terrible. Please watch out for her.

I used online booking and that was very easy. When I arrived I was seated immediately with a new stylist for me, Savannah. She did a great job with good attention to detail. I also utilized my free coupon for a VIP upgrade ($5 value) for this visit. Everyone at Sport Clips are very friendly and a very nice environment. Highly recommend.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueCareless people especially the manager. Took my kid for a hair cut and I specifically asked them to not use the blade directly(to avoid skin breaks) and they said ah will not use razor!!. My son had a small skin cut on his ear, So I asked this manger for alcohol cleanser or any alcohol-based perfume to clean his skin. The manager was so careless and replied with an attitude, “I dont have any, use hand sanitizer or the shower”. I had to search myself and after asking other stylist they bring me one. My child have medically issue and even smallest skin break need to be taken seriously esp with all the hair and tools being used on many customers. They need to take sanitization and customer care more seriously. I had unfortunately bad experience and would definitely not recommend this place for anyone.Careless people especially the manager. My son loves going to Sport Clips to get his hair cut, and this was our first time visiting this location. Everything was clean and sanitary and I appreciate the precautions they take with regards to COVID. Marissa was wonderful and gave him exactly the haircut he was looking for, and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. We will definitely be coming back!

Super shaver left patches on hair that all over my head. Had to reshave my head myself. Didn’t like my beard trim at all. Forgot to clean up the edges and ask to trim mustache. Really felt like I was being rushed out. Never again going to any sports clips
