AUTUMN AUTUMN AUTUMN is the rudest Assistant Manager I have ever met. I called the Sports Clips early in the day to find out the proper procedures to get a haircut. I specifically asked her was there a specific time I needed to come and AUTUMN said NO. I show up and AUTUMN turns us away in the most rude condescending and disrespectful manner. Being nice goes a long way and this girl was disgusting!!! There was a way to explain the mistake professionally and send me on our way if they couldn’t take us. I suggest Sports Clips invests in interpersonal training, managament training and customer service training. AUTUMN is NOT representing the company well and I will not go back. I can’t leave a review saying Sports Clips cut my son’s curly African American hair well. I didn’t even get that far because AUTUMN didn’t explain the procedures to get a haircut and then had the audacity to talk to me like I was trash. I guess my white voice over the phone fooled AUTUMN my dark brown face made her talk down to me.

I don’t have anything bad to say about my experiences with other stylists in the past but this time I was fortunate enough to have Sydney. I just did a very simple haircut but while working, I asked for her opinion and she gave me some new insight on how to approach my hair. I just did a very simple haircut but while working, I asked for her opinion and she gave me some new insight on how to approach my hair. I’ve had the same stylist for 8 years and she moved on. Today I checked in on line and missed my place in line due to traffic. Although she wasn’t the stylist I picked, I got Sydney. She was awesome during the whole experience. Very patient and showing different lengths to me as we went through the session. An awesome MVP experience with her.
