Critical: ProfessionalismUse to get my hair cut at this location at the Falls back in the spring of 2018 , probably till the beginning of 2019. Had a great hair stylist, she did a great job. But the last time, and the final time I was at this establishment my stylist was not do to come to work till later. I decided to stay and let someone else cut my hair. What a big disappointment of my time this was. I came in , was told to sit and wait, which was not a big deal to me , as I’m not excepting immediate service. There was another gentleman waiting before me , but I noticed no one was cutting hair. The manager of the establishment was busy trying to fix some kind of issue with billing the customers on the computer. The issue I had with this is that all the hair stylist were gathered around the manager at the computer trying to figure out the problem when they should have been taking care of their customers, and that’s cutting hair. This manager should have told her employees to do their job , instead of making the customers wait while she had an audience of employees watching her trying to figure out the issue. I sat for about 15 minutes and just asked how much longer it would be till I could get my hair cut. The manager replied, “Sir, we will be with you as soon as we can. We are having computer issues that we are trying to resolve, please be patient and we will get you in as soon as possible.” I sat back down and waited another 5 minutes but nothing changed, so I got up and walked out the door and got in my truck and left. No one even noticed ! When I drove by the front door they were all still gathered around the computer, never noticing that they just lost a customer. I’ll never step my foot in that place again. I hope you go out of business with that kind of customer service.
