The online check process continues to disappoint. I get an estimated time of arrival and every time I arrive 5 minutes prior to that suggested time it’s an additional 30 to 45 minutes. It’s better to just walk in and wait. It’s only worked once since they started the online check in. Fortunately the staff is pleasant and my stylist Jules does a great job.
