I’m done with this place! This the last time my boys and I are visiting for a haircut. Their app to check-in is terrible! You have to use the app to check in otherwise you’re waiting forever. I used the app a couple of months ago and couldn’t add a guest. Today, after waiting almost an hour, our names were removed for the waiting list. This place is terrible!
