This place has given me good haircuts in the past. But unfortunately… I don’t think the store is in operation anymore. Went in just now (~11am) and it’s empty with notes posted they’re open only until 2pm. They must be low staffed or something. I just wish it was easier to get information on because making appointments is just about impossible (why I visited the storefront in person just now). They probably should update their hours or do just about anything to provide information to customers. I would totally get a haircut here if I could but now have to look elsewhere.

I walked in without an appointment. They put me on the roster but it was a 2-hour wait. I headed over to the mall to waste some time and when I came back apparently someone had erased my name. I thought I was not going to get my haircut that day but, Mary Sue decided to take me back and fix me up real quick. Best skin fade I’ve had in the state of Montana, and the cheapest on top of that. I normally don’t do budget salons, but this place has served me well so far so I do recommend them.

Friendly hair stylist, as was the other staff. When I got home I saw there was a visible horizontal cut line on the left side of my hair and the left was longer than the right. The staff is usually very friendly but there is a huge turn around so my haircuts arent always consistent. Also it seems the management doesn’t hire enough people nor trains the new hires in what is offered. I tried to get the Triple Play (MVP without the massage) and no one working knew what it was. They then called the owner who told then it was something completely different. I like Sports Clips but this one doesn’t seem to have it together and it is apparent it stems from poor management.
