If I could give 0 stars I would. Had to wait 2 hours for an appointment to get a haircut when it’s finally my turn I go in there and am told I have to wait another 45 minutes for Zoe to take her lunch break. If that’s the case why wasn’t my appointment scheduled for 45 minutes later to begin with.

We checked in and waited for more than 40min inside. My kid’s name was on that tv screen with a certain stylist we requested. An hour pass waiting and she decides to take my son’s name off who was suppose to be next in line and calls another persons name up. My kid is on the spectrum and if you didn’t want to cut his hair just say so and not waste our time waiting. Do better next time Colleen.

I was looking for a new place to get my hair cut after the tornado hit my previous barber and I went to a barbershop I’d never been to before. That barbershop completely messed my haircut up, I had to go back and get it fixed. Coming into sports clips I was nervous to get another bad haircut. Bridget was the lady that cut my hair and she did a really good job, I felt comfortable walking out of the shop. She was very detailed and communicated with me about what I wanted done to my hair as well as what she was going to do to fix the mistakes from the previous barber. I appreciated the fact that she would cut the hair then ask if it looks good or if I wanted something else done step by step, it really helps with getting the hair cut you want. I’d also like to add that I don’t really like communicating with people too much but Bridget was good with the small talk, she brought it out of me. A lot of times I sit quietly while getting my hair cut, it was a nice change. If you go to sports clips to get your hair cut I would highly recommend going with her thank you again for the clean cut Bridget

Not a bad place to get a haircut as long as you can explain what you’d like the stylist to do. I’ve had a couple of “not-so-great” cuts here, but that’s true with most places… They’ve recently increased staff, and it seems to have helped with longer wait times. Was able to walk-in at 3:30p and get in a chair within 5 minutes.
