Then I show a picture to hair master and explain how to do my haircut but she finished job completely different. I moved to the area about 7 years ago. I would come in and get a haircut once in a while. I noticed that the same hair stylist never stayed for long though. Today I went to get my haircut and it was horrible. I am do unhappy with my haircut. The person who cut my hair wasn’t rude or anything like that but just didn’t listen to wait I asked for. She was also extremely rough with my hair and kept pulling it. The quality has gone down tremendously. Time to find a new haircut place.

I had a terrible experience here today. The woman who cut my hair did not pay attention to my instructions or preferences. She was very perfunctory, answered no questions, and offered no options. I asked for a shampoo and was mumbled at, but no opportunity was offered to receive one. I was not offered the view of the back of my head, and when I asked for it she looked at me with irritation. Leg rest was not erected, message chair was not started and hair wash was done in less than a minute.
