Been to SC many times, but first time at this bolingbrook location. The stylist was HORRIBLE. She basically gave my son a buzz cut – cut OFF all of his hair. After he (and i) explicitly explained that he wanted to leave it long /just a trim. Unfortunately I stepped out next door while he was having his cut, and by the time I returned 15 min later, the damage was done. She actually cut herself w her own scissors and went to the bathroom for 10min, and when she returned I told her she had cut it way too short. She actually argued w me, saying she did what we asked, and when I pointed out to her that we specifically said, “NOT Short” – she said, “well, it looks better now anyway”… if I wanted style advice, she sure as hell would be the last person I’d ask. The company even emailed me for a review – I responded explaining what happened, but never recd any response from SC (not surprising). Really disappointed, never returning. If u want someone to cut your hair however the hell they want, then go here – otherwise avoid this location like the plague.

The girls here are great! However cut them some slack with this Covid 19 stuff. There’s a whole online check in process they have no control over. Use the app and learn how to check in remotely now and forever its really the way to go! Meagan is the best, Renee is great as well, as most all the girls at this location.

Really great place! I went there recently just for a neck trim, and Sarah was great, she recommended some really great products to me that were specific to me, and I ended up getting them. She was very nice, and personable.
