It was by far the worst haircut that I have ever received. I purchased the mvp package and it was done in less than 10 minutes. It was rushed and there was absolutely no reason for it because it was me and one other customer in there at the time. My hair was ruint and I had to go to another shop and get it cut way shorter than I normally get it to have it fixed.

I can’t say the experience was bad considering the circumstances with COVID. I commend the establishment for the way they handled customer interactions and safety. My issue was with the stylist. She was new and my son wanted a simple fade. Shaved in the back trimmed on the top. Once we got home and his hair dried he looks to have a bowl cut. I don’t want this review to go negatively on sport clips as a whole this issue was solely on the stylist.

Supposed to open at 9 am. I showed up at 9:15 and the door was locked with lights out. I came back by in about 29 minutes and 1 lady was cutting hair and 2 more in line. Must be short on employees??? I can’t handle that.
