Alexis (Jordan) worked with my eight year old son who has sensory processing disorder, and has an extremely difficult time with haircuts. She asked him what he wanted, walked him through every step and explained every tool she used, was very gentle, did her best to keep hair from landing on his face, made him laugh, and gave him the most perfect haircut he’s ever had. I can’t recommend her enough!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. Getting my haircut is typically a very relaxing experience, however today was the exact opposite. The stylist (Jordan) was preoccupied with complaining about everything that she thought was wrong with anything, conspiracy theories, and other people. I wanted a high fade with balding clippers on the side, she missed spots. Did not ask if I wanted the mvp, which I always get, instead just weed whacked my hair, charged me money and sent me on my way. I will not be returning to this location and encourage others not to either.

Baffling queuing system. Brought my two boys in for haircuts. Stylist (Sarah) did a great job on my first son’s hair. No issues there. But when it came time for my second son to go, she said someone checked in online in front of my second son. Even though the queuing screen said my son was on deck and the other guy still had a 5-minute wait. But the other guy was number 1 and my son was in spot number 2??? It’s odd because when we arrived my two kids’ names were consecutively the next two in line. Why wouldn’t she just cut my second kid’s hair and get us out of there? I did notice that I didn’t specifically ask for Sarah and the next guy did. But still, it was rude to make us wait and makes zero sense to bump people down the line just because they didn’t request a stylist by name. We ended up paying for my first son and leaving. Lost a sale. Not coming back to the Blue Ash location ever again. Sarah was probably just doing her job, even though she probably could have accommodated us. But your queuing system in general is a disaster.

For years, My Fiancé LOVES going to sports clips for his FULL service line ups! However, his last experience here was extremely mediocre. First he “ signed in” over an hour early and showed up 10 mins early for his appointment. When he arrived there was no one waiting or ahead of him, yet the ladies seemed to be preoccupied in the back for 22 mins AFTER his appointment to see him. The hairdresser who saw him seemed unenthusiastic and didn’t even ask the normal questions about his hair preferences, which he offered to her based on his years of prior services. My fiancé being a MAJOR sports fan loves sports clips more so because of the sports theme and the fact that he can relax and watch sports while being a bit “ Man pampered” however, the ladies working had DISNEY+ on every TV the whole time! WTH!? Maybe a new shop decor is in order at this location? His cut was less then 10 mins and the fade is uneven and his line up is awful….out of frustration he opted out of any other services and while I thought no tip was necessary other then “ do a better job” he left a $5 tip. We won’t be returning to this location as the other locations in town have never been this disappointing. So much for a relaxing start to our weekend. Shame on your customer service.

For years I had been resistant adding a APP on my phone for a haircut, but after waiting and waiting because APP users get ahead of the line I installed this Sport Clips APP. It was alright until today. I frequent this location because it is close to the office, not because it is some great shakes. Today there was a zero minute wait, so i Checked In, went down to the car and drove to this shop. Got there in 10 minutes, was the only one Checked In, 2 customers were signing in and I was told I would have to wait 28 minutes! Why did i install the APP? To wait? Never going back to any Sport Clips, just too disappointed in myself for installing their lame software. It’s uninstalled now!
