I have medium length slightly curly hair that falls down on my forehead. I just wanted 1/4 inch cut off the top as the hair was starting to go into my eyes. The barber basically gave me an entire buzz cut. I told her I wanted the hair slightly above my eyebrows. Now my entire forehead is visible. She cut off way more than an inch. Nothing to do with the quality of haircut. You just can’t ever get in to this place… ever! I checked at 2pm today and there was a 3 hour wait making it impossible for anyone that works first shift to get in. Check in is unavailable now. It’s been like this for months. Hire more people act like you care to be in business. There’s 8-12 chairs available in there and you’re lucky if you have 4 people working.

If it weren’t for the employees, I’d give this location 1 star. The online check in is a pure joke. It has an arrival time, but when you arrive then, you have a 30 minutes wait after that at times. It makes no sense. They should just get rid of online check in altogether if they can’t make it work right. I’m definitely exploring other options, because most places won’t tell you to arrive at one time just to make you wait an extended time after.

Sport Clips is a very good location whether you’re a sports fan or not. The staff are great and the haircuts are nice, even if the hair is lengthy. Online check in is always easy and quick too which is a big plus. I got my hair cut by Savannah and it feels great!

On 5/17/21 Sport Clips sent me an email for a free MVP haircut experience. Today I called the local store to make sure it wasn’t over booked, the lady that answered said I’d have to check in on-line, with that attitude (lack of customer service) I jumped through the hoops to create an account and check in. I went to get my hair cut and only had to wait about a minute, got in the chair and told the lady about the free MVP deal, another lady came over and said it was a mistake and shouldn’t have been sent out, the best they could do was a $5.00 discount. Well I was already in the chair and badly needed a haircut or I’d have walked out.

Excellent service! I scheduled online. The app told me how many minutes I had until my appointment. I drove to their parking lot 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. They called me to confirm my appointment. I received a text to come inside when my stylist was ready.. Got my hair-cut, purchased product, and was out in no time.
