I think I could do a haircut better than them, they don’t know how to fade hair and it looks like a 3 year old cut my boyfriends hair, he is not happy about it and nobody will answer the phone after calling several times. I will never go to this location again. They don’t give you want you want. The guy was way to rough. I told him I didn’t want nothing cut on top of my head. He didn’t listen. Then when I went to check out I wasn’t going to leave a tip because I was not happy with my hair, and he said no tip. I will not go back to this location!! I also don’t recommend this location either!!!

3rd and last visit. Go elsewhere. $65 later, my son and I need to go somewhere and have our hair fixed. We will both need new haircuts. One time is a mistake, the third time means you are hiring the wrong “hair stylists.” Will not be back.

Honestly I loved this place until they lied to me and my girlfriend. I called them asking them if they could reserve a spot for me since online was down, they agreed at 6 to come in. So I came in at 6 and they declined me said I needed to reserve a spot online. When literally not 2 hours earlier they said online wasn’t working and I could come in at 6. Will be going back when they figure everything out.

Your web and actual service times are a joke. I have driven up twice to find you closed and the web says your open. Your even to dumb to put a closed time on your door. Disappointed in their claimed hours. The app and door claim they open at 9. I was in the parking lot at 840 and watched a worker walk in. At 9 we went to go in and the door was locked. We tried knocking and waited until 915 when we decided to leave as the wait times via the app were now over an hour. We’ve had great service before this but if we can’t count on the business to adhere to its posted info, we won’t be back.

Arrived right at opening however had a wait time of hour and half because there were those who registered online but not at store yet however still had to wait. When a place does not take appointments, someone online should not be able to cut in front of someone else already in the store and just checked in a minute later.
