I walked in to see if there were any openings today. The blonde female stylist was cutting hair not 5 feet from the desk. I was given zero acknowledgement. A “Someone will be with you as soon as possible” would have been sufficient. Basic customer service skills are lacking here, I can only imagine the quality of the rest of the service.

I have been a regular customer since they opened, this past weekend and today I went in to get a haircut they had two stylist one was with a customer and the other one was not I was the only other person in the store, she asked ifi checked in online which I did not I was told that it would be an hour plus before they would take me .I sat there for 15 minutes and no one came in. Needless to say she could have cut my hair in that time. I was asked to leave when I was talking to a person who came in about how I thought it was silly to make me wait when no one else was in the . I will never go back to this store. I always g I t the most expensive cut and tipped well.
