I went in yesterday for a walk in never knew there was online check in because I’ve been here several times for a haircuts. But not anymore. They had 3 people working and they had the audacity to say we’re booked for the day and only 1 person was in front of me when I checked the screen board. They had 40 minutes before closing and my haircut is very simple and usually takes them 20 minutes to cut. I tip 15%-25% both cash and card. Wont be coming back.

Regular barber had to close unexpectedly for week. Friend had important event to attend so couldn’t wait until tomorrow for cut. Chose to try this place, never again. Asked for skin fade with a three on top (knowing they’d probably due 2-1 on top). The lady was nice, and friendly only good part of this visit, BUT….did not listen to what we both said he needed for a cut. She asked what he wanted and he told her, she replied okay so three all over, no skin fade and leave the top a 3. She then said five on top, and I said his hair isn’t close to a five at all. And that she luckily agreed with. I repeated what he said… he got an uneven 1 and 1 1/2 all over his head, it was uneven cut and it had crooked lines. Yes, he paid only due to she did do a service and I think she tried but had NO IDEA what she was doing. But NOT worth the money. I had to then change my schedule to fix it which I was trying to avoid. Nice staff and clean which I liked, but they need practice or to say no if they don’t understand how to do something. But last time we come back sadly.
