Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOMG. After 16 months of quarantine it was so great to get a haircut, shampoo and massage. I think my stylist was Dorothy, a very sweet Latina woman. She did an amazing job on my cut and beard trim and made me feel like a KING. Thanks so much for your amazing service!!! OMG. After 16 months of quarantine it was so great to get a haircut, shampoo and massage. I think my stylist was Dorothy, a very sweet Latina woman. She did an amazing job on my cut and beard trim and made me feel like a KING. Thanks so much for your amazing service!!! I just moved here and am delighted to have found this amazing place to get my hair cut every 6 weeks!!!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityNo services could be performed because they couldn’t be bothered to open the store. This place has a significant issue with managing its time. Arrived early to be at the store for its advertised opening which was 8:00am (according to the posted hours on the door, not relying on Google). It is 8:20 and no one has arrived to open the store. This is after having come earlier in the week (Thursday) only to be told they were closing before their advertised hours (6:00pm instead of 8:00pm) and they were all booked and weren’t taking any more “appointments” (even though they technically don’t take appointments). Two attempts to get haircuts during their advertised hours and was unable to get haircuts either time. Completely unprofessional to not be open for their advertised business hours multiple times in one week. Inexcusable. They should have better staffing or the manager should be there if staff isn’t going to show. There is no reason that there aren’t at least two people to open the store at 8:00 on a busy Saturday morning with a line of people all waiting for the same services and hoping to get in early so they can move forward with their other plans for the day.No services could be performed because they couldn’t be bothered to open the store.
