I have been to other Sports Clips. This was my first time here and my first professional cut since the pandemic. Online sign-in was easy. The place was clean. I was seated right away. Ana was great. I received the full treatment and although my hairstyle is simple, she made the effort to do a great job. And spent as much time on my neck, ears and brows as my thinning head. I’m going back. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI usually take my son to the Somerville location but it was closed for some reason on this given day so I decided to give the Washington Valley Rd. location a try. My son (almost 9 y/o) is very particular about his hair and will only go to Izzy in Somerville. Being that this was not an option he was VERY nervous about seeing someone different as a lot of pictures were going to be taken the next day at an important event. I am not sure what the name of the lady was that cut his hair (Ana maybe??) but whoever you are, THANK YOU!!! My son was so happy with his cut and we could not have had a better experience. She took a vague explanation of what he wanted and completely nailed it. He had a smile plastered on his face and actually sent pictures of his haircut to his friends because he loved it so much. You just may have a customer for life. Great, friendly staff and impeccably clean/neat inside. Keep up the great work and I would recommend your services for guys young and old. Your stylists have solid talent along with that little “thing” that’s needed to engage a little boy and make him feel at ease. I usually take my son to the Somerville location but it was closed for some reason on this given day so I decided to give the Washington Valley Rd. location a try. My son (almost 9 y/o) is very particular about his hair and will only go to Izzy in Somerville. Being that this was not an option he was VERY nervous about seeing someone different as a lot of pictures were going to be taken the next day at an important event.
