Worst hair cut I’ve ever received. I literally said to the barber “a medium fade and 1 inch off the top.” They proceeded to cut almost everything off as fast as possible and then left me with an uneven fade and an uneven top. Absolutely horrible, it’s almost like they ignored my request. I am never going back to this store again. I ended having to go to another barber to get more hair cut off in order to even out the disaster they left me with. If I could give them less stars I would.

The haircut she left my son with was terrible. He is 8. She said she would not finish my sons haircut because he said it was hurting. Just got my hair cut since all this stuff going on. It was a good experience until check out. The lady said the bill was $17,no problem there. I handed her a $20. I got $1 back. I guess she wanted her own tip. I don’t mine tipped just don’t tip yourself.

This girl that goes by Teresa S. did one of the worst haircuts I’ve had in a while. I’m not sure what the official guidelines are when it comes to trimming beards during Co-Vid but I feel someone needs to establish some official guidelines because a girl over the phone said they trim beards and once I got there Teresa tried to say it wasn’t allowed. I don’t have a problem with being told no if that’s the policy, just don’t tell me yes over the phone and no once I get there. She probably doesn’t have much experience with beards either. Left patches of hair uncut, each side was cut at different lengths, and the beard wasn’t even lined up. I decided to just cut the whole thing once I got home. She seemed like a nice girl though, just inexperienced.

My husband has tried to give this place a try a couple times. At first he liked it because the lady that cut his hair was good but after that It’s been downhill. First there’s always a long wait and no one working, there’s workers there but they are always conversing with each other and not actually cutting hair. It’s always such an aggravating experience , anywhere has to be better . Also, the quality in who cuts your hair is frustrating, some times your hair will look great then other times it’s a mess.

Probably the worst place I’ve had my son’s hair cut. I asked the woman to keep his shaggy cut and just take off some length. She somehow interpreted that as “we want the Dutch Boy. Make him look as Amish as humanly possible. Just stick a bowl on his head and go around it.” Absolutely terrible.
