Jeff gave my kid the best haircut he has ever gotten! My son’s hair is fine, super straight and difficult to cut without showing any imperfections. Went in telling Jeff it’s picture day tomorrow and not to cut it too short. He delivered! He even cut to give it a cute little style at the front (which I thought was impossible) and gave me tips on how to style it. He’s detailed oriented and we’re so please how it came out. Customers for life!

I’m sticking to the sports clips closer to my house from now on. I came in for a medium fade, came out with 1/4 hair left. The employee Ann, did not listen to what I told her. To make matters worse, I can’t see without my glasses so I couldn’t stop her from cutting too much. I had no choice but to cut the rest of my hair off at home because there was no way to fix it, having the same hair as I did in Boot Camp. I also didn’t ask for the VIP and still got charged for it.

Are the staff paid salaried/hourly or based on the number of the people they do haircut for? I was the first one on the list, and on the monitor my waiting time changed to “on the deck”, and 2 of the staffs (Jeff and another person) were free, but both of them dragged their feet for more than 20 min, and they did not call me. So I left. I wouldn’t suggest the place if you are looking for a respectful environment.

This time I got a cut by Ruby, and she went above and beyond anything I expected. Worst haircut I’ve received so far. Left the back of my head looking like it’s been a month since it got cut. Trimmed my beard hair short in some places, leaving dark and light spots, and changed the shape of my beard line I had going. I’ve never left a review anywhere before but my haircut was so bad here that I had to. She spent a whopping 5 minutes on my hair and did the opposite of what I asked for. I say “I don’t want much off the the top.” What did she do? Took a friggin chainsaw to it and cut half my hair off. And only did half my head apparently because I had to go home and even ot out myself. Then they charge me $30 for 5 min of work. This is last time I go to these crumby haircut chains.

Tina was amazing from the second I opened the door! She happily greeted me and helped me check in – being it was my first time. There was no wait (because I checked online before I left) so she was able to take me right back. There was no problem explaining the haircut I was looking for. I showed Tina a few pictures, she asked a couple questions, and then worked her magic! She used clippers and shears and stopped along the way to tell me what she was doing and show me progress. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. To top it off, the haircut was extremely affordable. Best price for an awesome cut, hands down! I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but this experience deserved it. I’ve been in CA for 2 years now and this is the very first time I’ve been please after a haircut. This will definitely be my spot from now on. Thank you so much!
