New stylist messed up my son’s hair. When asked for someone to fix it they logged him back in and he waited another 40 minutes and would have continued waiting had we not insist they fix it. When asked to speak to a manager… sorry there isn’t one here. A phone number or name was not given. You cannot find a person on their website or Facebook page either which is why I’m leaving this awful review!!! I’d like to add – Jordan worked on fixing his hair and although it’s definitely not what he came in for, he’s leaving okay with it. Thanks to Jordan!!

You can sign up online and see how long your wait is. That way, you can sit at home until you need to leave. My boys love the MVP treatment, especially the 7 year old. It makes them feel really special. The staff is nice and very friendly.

Sports Clips has made my life so much easier! The online check in system is brilliant and it’s so nice to not have to sit and wait in the building for very long with kids. Everyone is so friendly. Becky has been cutting my 6 year old’s hair for a few months now and Tara took care of my 10 year old today for the first time and they are both so fun and patient! My kids love their haircuts and Becky always help me find the products I need to style their hair at home. Absolutely recommend for busy families!

Not that great for $37. Clippers to the sides of your head and 5 scissor passes is not worth it when I could go to someone that actually knows how to take what I want and make it look good for my facial structure or to advise against a certain cut based on my face. Stylist was very sweet though, I’m just very particular after having a good stylist.

I was asked to sign in then was immediately taken back. My lady did a phenomenal job on my haircut, but then took me to the back and put me in a wash to wash my hair. She put a how cloth over my face and shampoo in my hair, then gave me a head massage for about 7 minutes. (Felt Amazing) after she rinsed and dried my head she took me back up front and re did any part of my hair that was out of place, then followed up with a shoulder massage!!! Okay so my first experience here was amazing, I walked in and was greeted promptly. I was asked to sign in then was immediately taken back. My lady did a phenomenal job on my haircut, but then took me to the back and put me in a wash to wash my hair. She’s only ever gone to a salon but she gets a clipper cut. When her stylist had to cancel today it was unexpected and sadly ruined her plans because she had been waiting to get this haircut for weeks. She had a whole plan of getting the cut, then going on a date out of town. Long story short she didn’t style her hair since she was suppose to have it done at the salon but with that cancelled her hair was a mess. We looked up barbers near us and based on reviews I chose this place. She spoke to Becky and put her name on the list. There was a wait since they were busy but once in the chair Becky did AMAZING on her hair. She even noticed that my sister’s usual stylist didn’t line her up straight in the past and wasn’t cutting in the best way to support her curls. (No shade to her usual stylist was given.) Becky made my sister’s day and now my sister will be a regular! She went in sick with nerves over going somewhere new and left almost skipping she was so happy! When her stylist had to cancel today it was unexpected and sadly ruined her plans because she had been waiting to get this haircut for weeks.
