After checking in at the store, my wait time was estimated at 35 minutes. This is not an accurate reading of the wait time as people can be put into the que head of you. My time was reset twice. After 30 minutes of waiting, my wait time actually increased to 38 minutes The online check stated my estimated time was 0 minutes online. I was unable to schedule an appointment, instead you immediately check in. This check in process is ineffective at accurately providing when your hair cut will take place. Due to the ineffective scheduling option, which is limited to just checking in online or in the store, this cuttery is not a good option for those who value their time. If you have plenty of time to aimlessly wait, then this maybe a viable option. Misogynistic overtones aside, this place still fails its primary duty of scheduling and preforming a hair cut. And due to this primary failure of responsibility, I cannot recommend this establishment or franchise to anyone.
