Critical: ProfessionalismStore is clean and as expected from Sport Clips chains.But this is the first time I “tried to” used their service and the last one.Did an online checkin for a specific stylist and the wait time showed 1.5hrs. Reached store just on time and there the wait time for me showed 45mins! I understood there could be delay here and there, so I confirmed my presence and waited in store for this “professional” to be free. But I personally heard couple of other customers complaining of their glitchy online checking wait times going 5mins to 50mins in matter of seconds.However when I was next to be serviced, this person says there is “personal” request for another party (who reached the store a few mins back) so I had to wait another 35mins. Felt like an **s waiting that long, I just couldn’t bear that and said “never ever” to this store. If you want to do service to your friends and family do it on your off hours or rather make it listed on the queue. I really liked the environment and the people were nice. But the lady that cut my hair admitted she had no idea what to do. I had about mid back length hair. I wanted to bring it down to a manageable cut. When the girl finished it looked fine she styled it I left. A nice location near shopping areas that allows older kids to get a haircut while parents shop. The staff is quick, but does a smart haircut. First time visitors are treated with a discount and extra hair service. Parking is simple and easy and handicap accessible access is an easy with no grade changes and wide doorways.
