My stylist was Sharie. She did a great job cutting my hair. She was very friendly and thorough. I would certainly recommend her to anyone getting a haircut

The app to check-in is about as useful as man breasts. Might be pretty to look at, but offers no useful purpose. Check-in too soon and not arrive within 30 minutes, you’re restarting the clock. Check-in when your favorite stylist clocks in, wait until everyone who selected ‘first available ‘ goes ahead of you. Yeah, that seems right. Done. I have better things to do with my time than sit for an hour and a half after I’ve checked in. I played the game long enough, pardon the pun, and decided to go elsewhere.

My last hair stylist of over 10 years, is cutting her business back to take care of her mother. She always did an awesome job. I thought I would not be able to find someone else to cut my hair like her. But Emily did one hell of a job! See you in three weeks Emily, thanks a lot!!!! Haircut

The lit up sign above the door said no wait. So I go in then I was told to sign in to a computer because apparently you have to give up your personal information just for somebody to cut your hair nowadays Apparently they need to feel special And make the simplest thing complicated so I did. The lady stood in front of me telling me what to do once I was done she told me there’s a 20 minute wait.

Jessica was absolutely amazing. This was my first time at Sport Clips and I asked for a fade, which can be hit or miss in many barber shops. To my surprise, not only did I receive an excellent fade, but Jessica was also incredibly sweet, professional and very fun to talk to. I received the double MVP treatment since it was my first visit, and I enjoyed every second of it. Jessica and I joked about her deserving a raise for how well the haircut and visit went. She definitely deserves one! 🙂 Thank you for providing a great experience.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI checked in online and it said it would be a 38 minute wait which was fine but within minutes I got a text that my stylist was ready, when I went in I did have to wait another 5 or so minutes which was a bit disappointing as I was getting my haircut on my lunch break but it wasn’t the end of the world. My stylist was Emily and she was very friendly and easy going. She did an excellent job on my hair and it was very fast service. I was offered the MVP services as a free upgrade as well as it was my first time at this location and in the state of Ohio but I chose to decline as I was on my lunch break.Service: HairstylingI checked in online and it said it would be a 38 minute wait which was fine but within minutes I got a text that my stylist was ready, when I went in I did have to wait another 5 or so minutes which was a bit disappointing as I was getting …More

My hairdresser was very friendly & knowledgeable. For the short time I was there, I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed, safe & appreciated. She cut my hair exactly the way I asked her to. I wish I could remember her name so she would get the accolades she deserves. Anyways, this was my 1st time getting my hair cut here but I guarantee it won’t be my last!

Critical: ValueThey used to allow you to not pay for the “mvp” hair cut which was 8$ less . That is no longer the case. You now have to pay for the “mvp” regardless, whether you want shampoo’d and massaged or not. Just pure greed on a corporate level. Paying $25 for a decent haircut from a chain store like this is terrible value to say the least. Chances are you aren’t going to get the same stylist, so you never know how good or bad the haircut will be. Been going here for the last 3 years, but no more.Service: HaircutThey used to allow you to not pay for the “mvp” hair cut which was 8$ less . That is no longer the case.
