Came in previous for a cut and was happy. Came back the next time not so happy. I “checked in” online over 90 minutes ahead of time. I was prompted several times to head to the store. “Batter up” etc. I arrived on Time and in cue for 11 o’clock. When I got there I was told there would be another 30 minute wait. Unacceptable. This place wasted over 2 hours of my time because the stylist chose not honor my check and tried to “squeeze one in” . Very disappointing

I checked in online for a specific hairstylist more than 1 hour ahead of time. Got several messages to head to the store. I arrived exactly on time showing 0 min wait in app. But they squeezed another customer and offered me to wait another 30 minutes for my hairstylist. Just waisted my time.

My son loves to get his haircut by Jessica! She takes her time and explains to him what she is doing to make it do the things he likes it to do. She feathers the top of his thick hair so he can run his fingers through it and it looks great all day. She also tries her products on him and shows him how to style, but never pushes their products on us. Con-they are a little pricey, but compared to other places $4 more I will pay for a much better style that will last.

Took my 2 young son’s and myself here for haircuts. The stylists were all friendly and welcoming. The stylist that cut all of our hair was fairly new to cutting hair I could tell and did a mediocre job, she could definitely use more training. I requested some touch ups while she was cutting but when I got home my wife was pretty disappointed in all our hair cuts and ended up cleaning up all our heads. The price for kids is too high, $22 to get a 2 year olds and 5 year olds hair cut when they only spend 5 minutes on them. I left with an $80 bill for the 3 of us and incomplete hair cuts. I won’t be returning here.

An awesome place to get hair cut and amazing customer service when they mess up. That being said, do not ever chose Lan to be your stylist. EVER. If she is the only one, wait for another. She messed up my hair badly because of a communication barrier. Managing staff went above and beyond to correct the mistake. Have been a customer of this location for 5 years now, and will return. If ever possible, ask for Mac! She is the best stylist there! Don’t make the same mistake I did and let anyone there cut your hair!
