Claudia! Claudia! Claudia! Could not ask for better anything customer service, hairstylist! Absolutely wonderful human being. I came in about a month ago super upset about a haircut I got that was so disappointing. Claudia, didn’t hesitate for a moment she took me back right away and fixed everything that upset me about my hair. She took her own spin on it to fix the problems and I loved it! I loved it so much that I went back to see Claudia again today and had her work her magic. I’m thankful that the other stylist messed up so bad on my hair, if she hadn’t I may not have ever met Claudia. Was my goto place until today. Called ahead and even mentioned I moved further away …. Speaking to my actual stylist even. Drove 30 mins and suddenly there is a 45 min wait and that’s when I am told “oh if you are driving the whole time we can keep your place for checkin instead of it resetting” ……. I usually don’t rant about places, but I’ve never been happy with this place. The final straw was when I was told by the stylist that they didn’t know how to cut my hair the way I wanted. A high faded faux hawk isn’t exactly rocket science. Also to add, I always had to fix their mistakes after I got home. Not going back, going to find a barber worth my time instead.

The service is pretty great, however their hours posted online, on their door, and on google maps don’t reflect their actual business hours. On the website it says they open at 11am on Sundays on Google Maps and posted on their Door it says their open hours on Sunday are at 10am. After not being able to check-in online nor have anyone answer the phone, I had to drive their to see if I could do a Walk-in just to find out that they were completely closed. Not only that, but the open sign above the Door was lit and their TV was on but the lights were off and no-one was inside. It gave me the wrong impression, and unfortunately was a waste of time.

Just like any salon, your haircut will differ between beauticians. I can say I have been coming here for the past year. I used to go to great clips on blue diamond. It is worth the drive for me to come here instead. I love the double MVP. Employees are always friendly and offer great customer service.

Usually I haven’t had a problem with this location but the past 3 times I’ve come to get my hair cut its been a disaster. I am currently waiting to get my hair cut as I’m typing this. I checked in for my appointment online like they prefer. The website says my arrival time should be 12:50, but it is now 1:30 and im still waiting in the car. What is the point of making an appointment if im still waiting over half an hour after my appointment time? Please fix this Sports Clips, its getting progressively worse each time!
