Received the worst haircut of my life here. I have longish hair and I’m almost positive she just didn’t know how to cut it. After repeatedly asking if I wanted my hair cut short on the sides and my saying no, she did it anyways. I left with an uneven mullet that was nowhere close to what I asked for. I said I hate having product in my hair and I left with hair sticky from the amount of product in it. There wasn’t a piece of hair on either side that was even. Never again. I just wanted a trim and now I have to shave it all off.

Critical: ProfessionalismI work at the noodles and company a few doors down from sports clips and had a run in with one of the staff members April. We treated her with nothing but respect. One of my team members forgot to give her the drink she ordered. A quick fix. She started to yell and cuss at my team member for something very small and fixable. I understand being upset but for a quick easy fix it is not right to start swearing and yelling. I’ve been getting my hair cut here for almost 7 years. I have always had really good service from the manager and other stylists. They have had the same stylists consistently for several years, which is reflected in the quality of service. They are busy consistently, but the wait times are usually reasonable.
