So I did online check as usual, I received my 15 min up next text,I got here and I checked in,the screen said on deck and within 3 minutes it now said a 19 minute wait because Natasha took back another customer instead, I typically go to Kiki but she was not working and I come here every time I’m in Denver and I’m a generous tipper but squeezing in an extra haircut just cost Kiki future money and I hope was worth losing a frequent customer. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I wish I could rate zero stars, but sadly it will not let me. The customer service here is absolutely awful, and clearly the workers here are not competent whatsoever. Today, my son went to this salon to get his usual cut which is just a couple inches off the top. The woman cutting his hair did not even use scissors to cut his hair! She began to buzz off his hair in a military style cut despite my teenage son begging her to stop. She did not listen and continued to buzz his hair off. This is absolutely unbelievable, and we will never be returning to this salon. In the meantime, we will be sure to warn our friends and neighbors know of the terrible service offered at this salon. If you would like to leave here with the hair style you originally asked for, then DO NOT COME HERE.WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. The customer service here is absolutely awful, and clearly the workers here are not competent whatsoever.
