Good cut! Seems hit or miss though for scheduling. It’s all done online and can be a challenge to get a spot. I attempted to get a spot right when online check in opened and when I refreshed the page….boom, immediately full and nothing available. Ended up having to drive out to another location. Never going back again! As a local I try to shop local, I have been using Sports clips since they opened. They never have the same stylists that you use a few weeks before always new people cutting your hair. Which has been fine as they all have been mostly decent. But today the man that cut my hair did a complete hack job! He used clippers when I always get a scissors. Then he used a razor type Combe which was pulling my hair. He then took off the cover and said let’s wash your hair. But then started cutting my hair again and got hair all over my neck and inside my shirt. I always get the MVP no one has done such a bad job of washing my hair there before. So frustrating!

I want to like this store as I have had good service elsewhere. But I just can’t. The last two times I’ve come in, its been $10 more for the same haircut than the Alameda store. And that’s if I can get in. Multiple trips – including today – where they are open but no one shows up and the lights are off, without any information anywhere saying they aren’t closed. Just frustrating. Concord and Alameda stores seem a lot better, the ownership here could take a lesson

I love getting my hair cut here. The only reason for not putting five stars is the open hours. There seems to not be a set schedule as I can show up when the time frame says in the answering machine and it not be open. I now call before driving the 15 miles to get my hair cut.
