I will never go back to this location ever. I checked in my son who is special needs non verbal autistic for his hair cut. I came into the store on time when it texted me and says “you’re on deck” and I waited. Not only were there 4 AVAILABLE stylists but they just stared at me and completely ignored my son. If you didn’t feel comfortable cutting his hair you could have just told me and I would have totally respected that and went elsewhere but I waited for 20-25 min AFTER my check in time and you all ignored me and my son who needed the haircut and were in the back sitting and on your phone. You cleaned up the area and you STILL ignored me. I have had to deal with people treating my son a certain way in the past but never anything like this. Just because he is special needs doesn’t give you the right to ignore him and act like he isn’t even in your facility for a haircut. I will contact corporate about this. I have never been treated like this regarding my son being special needs. Again if you didn’t feel comfortable cutting his hair you should have just spoke up and told me and I would have understood but ignoring a customer is not the right way to go about it. I will never walk into this location ever again.

The young girl Anku went above and beyond to make my 6 year old feel amazing she gave him a shampoo and a mini back massage he loved it! We will be coming back to this location from now on. Today we went for a haircut for my son. It wasn’t our first time going there. Now it has been more than a year that I take my son there for a haircut. The lady named Dani cut my son’s hair. I asked her to put a line on my son’s hair. She did that and at the end she wanted to charg me $10 more for a line. Since it wasn’t our first time there and we never paid extra for a line , I asked her why should I pay extra for a line since I never did that before. She said the other staff made a mistake that didn’t charge me. She was so angry and she was talking to me very bad. At the end she didn’t charge me $10 but it was a very stressful situation for my son. He asked me not to come back here again.

My hair tech was Anku and she asked me how I would like my haircut to be done and I asked for long on the top and short on the sides and I told her however you think it would look better to go for it and to say that what she did was phenomenal is an absolute understatement. She knocked it out of the park! Will definitely be going back for my cuts here from now on 10 out of 10 recommend going to sports clips!
