This has been my regular haircut place for the last 3 years and this fact alone shows that I’ve been satisfied with their services. The stylists are generally friendly, the place is clean and except for peak times (like today – Saturday of Labor Day weekend) waiting times are usually not too bad. When you check in either in the store or online they project your expected wait time quite accurately. I just recommend not to rely too much on wait times that are projected longer than 60 min. Today I checked in online and had a wait time of over one hour. When I arrived 2 minutes after my projected service time, I ended up waiting another 15 min. Not a big deal but good to know.

She provided excellent customer service, haircut technique, and cleaned up my homeless man look and returned me back to normal. Will not be coming back. After taking a second look, my son’s hair was uneven, not faded, and sideburns were completely different than each other. My daughter’s bangs were squared off and after a bath her hair was shorter than expected. Even with a picture the staff hounded me about how to cut their hair but I am not the professional. Simple cuts should be simple. Please do not rush through customers when there’s is no one else waiting, this is how you make mistakes and lose business.

So I have to say I was a bit nervous walking in to this place for 2 women’s hair cuts. Sports everywhere you can see and mostly male reviewers. It was close and we were desperate for trims. Well, Marcus did an amazing job on my hair and the other person that did my daughter’s hair did a decent job too. Got the hair wash as a special treat and cannot recommend it enough! Steamy towel on the face, massage chair and a great scalp massage. I braced my self as I went to pay and was stunned by how affordable it was. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been to this place three times now. The first time was with Alessandra and this second time was with Patricia. Both were incredible experiences but I have to give a shout out to Patricia. She was very friendly and knowledgable. She has over 30 years of experience cutting hair and it showed! I don’t often get haircuts that I am genuinely impressed with but this one was amazing. Easily in my top 5 cuts of all time. I feel like we remember the bad cuts we get but never praise the good ones so here I am doing my part.

Everyone here is great…except for Tyler. He doesn’t listen, he will charge for Varsity MVP and not give you the shampoo or massage. His phone wasn’t on silent so it rang for almost the duration of the haircut…either take the call or put it on silent. Stopped asking if I wanted product in my hair on my way out. Poor English skills mixed with laziness.
