As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I completely understand not wanting to serve customers last minute. I however, arrived to this location 35 minutes before closing (which in my 8 years of experience going to different sports clips, a haircut takes no longer than 20). I checked in on the app, drove here to find my appointment was canceled and they locked the doors early. My fathers funeral is tomorrow, and I just got off of work and wanted a haircut so that I could look nice. Maybe advertise different hours or at least call the customer if they have an appointment.

I went online to see if I could check in for a haircut, but the wait time in my town, Marietta, GA was over 2 hours; however, I noticed that your Acworth location was only 30 min wait time. Therefore, I checked in online for that store and figured I will drive out 22 mins to get there and just wait the remaining 30 min time once I walk in. I waited and then 10 mins later noticed that my name was no longer on the board. I told one of the employees that my name was up there and now it was not there anymore. She said oh it looks like your name fell off. I walked out and left. I can’t believe that I waisted time and gas driving out there 22 mins and back only to experience horrible service. Your employees at this location do not greet customers when they walk in, no hello, no what is your name?, no who is next?, nothing. Computers don’t just drop a name off, they don’t “fall off”, someone has to delete it. However, another customer walked in after me, signed in, and immediately was called. Why wasn’t my name called? It was still up there when he was being called. Then after that my name disappeared from the board. It’s obvious it’s because the employee that came over to see who was next did not do her due diligence. If this is the type of “customer NO service” you guys have then I’m not going to bother seeking haircuts from you guys any longer. Shame on the employees for being so unprofessional and shame on the managers that hire those types of employees that don’t care.

I have to say this was my first time here and I was so pleased and my son was so pleased we left very excited and content! Kara was absolutely amazing and she did exactly what we asked and she just showed her talents as she snipped away! Truly grateful! My 11 yr old never smiled after a haircut like he did today!!! I have been going to the Sport Clips in Acworth GA for about 3 and a half months now. The lady that had been cutting my hair did a great job. She took her time and did not rush. She no longer works there. She told me to ask for Brittany. I went to get a haircut on 3/16/2019 and signed In online like I normally do. I did not remember her name when I signed in so I clicked on first available. When I got there I asked the lady that was up front to change it for me. This was due to me remembering her name after I saw the list of people who were working. When Brittany came to get her next client which was me, she started to get someone else because she did not see that I had signed In online. She told the other person she would be with them very very shortly after she cut my hair. She sat me in here chair and asked me if I remembered how the last person cut my hair. I told her that she did not change much from how my hair look when I came in. I also, told her that she faded from a 3 to a 4 on the side of my head that had short hair. She then proceeded to cut my hair very fast and did not listen to me and did a 3 all the way up. I then asked her to also trim my beard. I had to remind her twice to cut it. And then she trimmed it to short. At the end she asked if I wanted her to put anything in my hair to help it lay down I told her no thank you. She did it anyway. I will not be going back due to Brittany not taking her time and just disregarding everything I said.

Love the fact that they specialize in and only cater to men’s haircut and style. They are all so attentive and nice. I have had several different stylist and always have been happy. The sports only television’s from wall to wall isn’t a bad thing either especially if you enjoy sports.
