I walked in and was almost immediately seated by Bailey. She did a great job with the cut, the included wash and massage and kept the chat light and fun. Very genuine experience. I walked away with a fantastic cut at such an affordable price. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely terrible! Do not go here unless you want to be manipulated by their computer system of scheduling and wait times and manual overrides. Go to other stores in the valley where they respect your time. My wait time changed 5 times while sitting there for 25 min. Range of 32mins-1:14. The last one went to 52 mins after being 32min. and I left. They really could have cared less.

My son & I got haircuts today with Bailey. And we both agreed that it was the best haircuts we’ve ever gotten. We have paid less for cuts & a lot more for cuts. We couldn’t have been happier. It seemed like all the team members (employees) were happy to be there & I’m sure that helped the overall feel and environment of our experience.

I’ve never had a worse haircut. The stylist was second-guessing herself the entire time. She was rushing through it and spent more time talking than cutting. I pointed out mistakes to her which she gladly attempted to fix. I pointed out the same mistake twice in addition to others. She didn’t bother to use the blow dryer or a towel to brush off the hair. When I got home I realized more, bigger mistakes. When I went back to get it redone within a half hour I was told I would have a 43 minute wait. Don’t waste your time and money on this location. You’re better off cutting your hair yourself. I can’t remember the stylist’s name, but she said she was from Tooele.

Been here numerous times, typically okay experience. The last time I went (and last I ever will) I had checked in online, showing up 3 minutes after the suggested arrival time they had already passed my name and pushed me back to a waiting position. Why bother with online check-in? I had to leave as I had a meeting in about 50 minutes and with the newly added wait time, couldn’t make it in time. I came back in later that day to receive the worst haircut of my life. Parts of the 0 fade behind my ear weren’t touched at all, leaving long stringy hair in the middle of a nearly bald cut. Places on top were left random lengths, some an inch and a half longer than the “base height”. Places on one side were down to the skin and didn’t “fade” at all, just had sharp steps, while the other side looked more normal. I can’t tell if the stylist was new and nervous or what, but some part of me can’t help but think it was intentional. There were too many and too egregious of mistakes. I routinely cut my own hair in college, its hard to accidentally make some of the mistakes that were made. Shout out to Blind Tiger Barbers in Sandy for doing an amazing job cleaning it up and getting me out the door with a real haircut that looks great (a true testament given what I walked in the door with). I’d give one star, but typically the staff is friendly and in 4 hair cuts there, 2 have been your typical “solid for a cheap chain haircut”, 1, by Lucia, was an objectively good haircut, for sports clips or for any high end barber I’ve been to.

Hate sports. That didn’t matter at all, though– this place is incredible. My stylist was Bailey and we were laughing and talking the entire time– it was like getting my hair cut by a best friend! Someone give her a raise; she’s the best. And this is one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten and for such a reasonable price, too. 10/10! Everyone is super kind and extremely good at their job.
