Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI received a haircut from Sandy earlier today (December 21, 2021). Not only did she not listen to me she continued cutting my hair shorter and shorter thinning it out to HER liking. I asked not to cut the front and she thins it out making it look stringy. It is by far the worst haircut I could’ve ever received. I would’ve been better off just not getting my haircut. I recommend to anyone who has any kind of self respect and dignity to outright refuse getting their hair cut by this woman. She will not listen to what you want but will cut up your neck and ears. I received a haircut from Sandy earlier today (December 21, 2021). Not only did she not listen to me she continued cutting my hair shorter and shorter thinning it out to HER liking. I asked not to cut the front and she thins it out making it look stringy. It is by far the worst haircut I could’ve ever received. I would’ve been better off just not getting my haircut. Critical: Quality, ValueI received a haircut today 9/18/2021. The women who cut my hair (Sandy) while polite, completely butchered my hair. Not only did she not do the cut I asked for, it was the cut I already had but need to be touched up. I also provided photos for reference. None of it was even. The length on top was cut way shorter than the back by almost half an inch. I asked for a Mohawk fade and the back was almost completely disconnected from crown of my head.To make matters worse, I arrived home hoping it was just poorly styled, to wash my hair. During this time I felt a stinging sensation on the left side of my head. After washing my hair I noticed I had red scratches all over the side of my head from the clippers she used.My only hope is to wear a hat or shave it off. Not only did she not do the cut I asked for, it was the cut I already had but need to be touched up. I also provided photos for reference. None of it was even. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI used the online checkin and arrived at the store 4 minutes earlier than the recommended time.When I arrive, there is only one stylist with one customer in progress and two waiting. The stylist comes over and tells me in an angry tone that since I was late, I would now be third in line, and that if I wanted to wait for 25 minutes or so, she would still cut my hair given that I arrived. I tried to show my phone and told her that my scheduled time is 4:15, and that I’m not late. She said that the online checkins are not accurate and everything is delayed, and another stylist left and previous customers were late.I do understand these types of delays can happen, but it was the least professional way for her to handle the situation. I waited in the store while I wrote this review. When she finished the one, she asked the three of us to “work it out”. I let the one of the others waiting go, finished the review and walked out.If you use online checkin, you may get the same experience. The women that cut our hair didn’t even do what we asked. I told the woman what I wanted and she didn’t even come close.
